Return & Exchange Policy

At QuickMartPK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with an item, we're happy to help with a return or exchange under the terms outlined below.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • You may request a return or exchange within 15 days of the delivery date.
  • Requests made after 15 days from delivery will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
  • Item is unused, unworn, and in its original pristine condition.
  • Original packaging, tags, and labels remain completely intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt digital copy) is provided.
  • Item is not listed under our Non-Returnable Items catalog (see Section 3).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received damaged or defective:
  • Innerwear, socks, and personal hygiene products.
  • Perishable goods (food items, cosmetics that have been opened/unsealed).
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of checkout.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Contact our support team at quickmartpk@hotmail.com or call/WhatsApp us at +92 339 2005150 within 15 days of delivery.
  • Provide your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos/videos of the item (especially if damaged or defective).
  • Our team will review your request and share pickup or drop-off instructions within 05 business days.

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are strictly subject to stock availability of the requested size, color, or product variant.
  • If the desired item is unavailable, you may seamlessly opt for store credit or a full refund instead.

6. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected at our hub, we will immediately notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 05 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer/store credit, as applicable.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/video evidence.
  • In such cases, QuickMartPK will bear the entire cost of return shipping and offer a free replacement, exchange, or full refund.

8. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is verified as defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as QuickMartPK is not responsible for items lost in transit during a return loop.
